Professional Promoter Licensing
All Professional and Amateur Promoters must have at least $50,000 in liquid assets on their Financial Statement. Liquid assets are such things as bonds, stocks, money in checking or savings accounts. An asset that does not easily convert into cash such as a vehicle is not a liquid asset. (Per California Code of Regulations Title 4 Business Regulations)
